⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Outstanding Representation — A Top-Tier Family Law Firm I was initially drawn to The Smith Firm because of Chris Smith’s strong reputation, and I’m so glad I chose them. I hired the firm for a custody matter and worked closely with attorney Tommy and Shana, his legal assistant, who both operated with a true team approach. Tommy was phenomenal—always one step ahead, with a clear strategy focused not just on winning, but on doing what was best for me and my children. He knew exactly when to push hard and when to pause and reassess, and I never once doubted that he had our best interests at heart. What really stood out is that this isn’t a firm that just runs up a bill—they genuinely care. When it was time to consider a more practical option, Tommy was the first to recommend what was truly best for me—even if it meant a less aggressive path. They’re highly competent, compassionate, and truly top-tier. I can’t say enough good things and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Everyone at the Smith Firm is amazing. We had the opportunity to work with Tommy, Chris, and Sarah. Each of them assisted in getting my child custody case back on track after having a horrible start with less than adequate legal representation. They definitely came in and cleaned up without hesitation! Once things were set on the right course we primarily worked with Tommy. He’s thorough and detailed consistently. All of our questions were promptly answered as they arose, as well as any concerns addressed. There was even an emergency that sent me into total mom mode on a weekend and Tommy was still available to answer due to the immediate need. There were several instances where I was severely anxious and triggered due to this being a DV case that had spanned over a timeframe of four years. Each time Tommy was patient and kind. He walked me through each situation step by step and always ensured that the safety of my child as well as myself was the top priority.
