Max eagerly took our $1000 and forwarded us an eviction notice which we placed on the tenant's door. Next, Max chose to speak directly to the opposing party. I then received an email from Max with numerous questions regarding how to proceed. We responded and never heard from Max again. Perhaps Max was intimidated by the opposing party! We will never use Avenue Legal Group again!! Lastly, I'll echo Lori Nickerson who wrote "based on the other reviews, guess Max only has certain people he takes good care of" Apparently, that wasn't us as we were charged for our consultation (Lawyer.com stated his consultations are free) but we never received a response nor money back.
