Ed Hendershot(non attorney) was very communicative & had car repairs handled quickly. Though my attorney was personable, the communication was lacking throughout the long process until the very end when $$ came into the equation - fortunately my outcome was satisfactory; suprised by the higher % attorney fee since did not go to court - maybe just miscommunication? Staff is friendly & pleasant interacting. Low key but professional atmosphere in nice modern offices. Just not convenient location since am NW OKC. Not offered any appointments at Edmond location which would have been better
