About Lucia Wa Yang

Lucia is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department of Epstein Ostrove. She has experience in a full range of commercial litigation matters that involve various subjects, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, labor and employment dispute, franchise violation, trademark infringement, and insurance coverage dispute.

Lucia earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015, with a Business Law Honors Concentration. While in law school, she served as the Book Review Editor for the Journal of International Business & Law and as Senior Staff for Moot Court Board.

After graduation, she gained extensive litigation experience in two law firms located in New York. Lucia is admitted to practice before New Jersey and New York State Courts, District Court for the Southern District of New York, and District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Lucia has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.

Lucia is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. In her free time, Lucia likes exploring brunch spots, visiting museums, and discovering hidden gems.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
