We reapproached this office for our second Real Estate purchase while using a standard RE rental contract for our 1st home now investment. Had a horrible experience with the tenants and that standard contract provided by RE Agencies, not that good for landlords. Anyway, for the next tenant, we came back to the office and WOW.. what a difference Milan and his office made for us. That new contract was wonderful. Really protected us as landlords and I think it was fair to the tenants too. All I know is that even if I am in South/North Jersey, I will still come back to the Law Offices of Milan C. Patel. Cant beat the 3 straight RE situations that we were assisted with by the office!!
