Cortney Jonker is an associate at Epstein Ostrove, LLC. in the Personal Injury Department. Prior to joining Epstein Ostrove, Cortney practiced in a firm based in Passaic County representing clients in all types of personal injury matters, including, auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, and products liability. Cortney graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia where she earned her juris doctorate. While in law school, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and interned for a personal injury law firm. Prior to law school, she graduated, with honors and received a B.A. in both psychology and criminal justice from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. During her time at Monmouth, she participated in the First Year Honors Society, Psychology Honors Society, and the Criminal Justice Honors Society. She was also a psychology research laboratory assistant and an assistant professor. In her spare time, Cortney is a volunteer firefighter and has been serving her community since 2015. She holds several certificates from the Passaic County Public Safety Academy: Fire Division, in Wayne, New Jersey.
