Tim had to set a rogue Judge straight from getting the law wrong in our case. Sounds like a bad episode of Suits but sadly this was my families case and would change our families life from the outcome. Tim was up for that challenge. No Judge wants to admit they are wrong and certainly not after they've made a decision. But Tim Simonson was up for that challenge and was great enough at his job that he got them to make the right call. We're all together now because of him.
