Swaden Law Offices is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Edina, MN. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, matrimonial law and 11 other areas of law.
The damage Martin has caused my children, family, school staff and counselors, and our community of support is tragic and outrageous. Martin was presented with an urgent matter and took an entire calendar year giving us breadcrumbs, gaslighting all involved, reducing and attacking and threatening to use elements of concern against the parties if we didn’t comply with his absolute abuse of powers! Martin has caused lifelong extreme damage to our children by separating them into separate homes and schools with unwanted and baseless FALSE allegations to the full custodial mother who had raised them together since birth whose bond at 22 months apart was inseparable! Martin is a MONSTER who continued to charge all parties excessively without producing any decisions mandating that we did so or he would stop the process leaving us a puppet to his unlawful behaviors! This man needs to be removed from his position and owes his clients damages!
This man is an absolute embarrassment to anything related to children and families! He is a narcissist and will cause your family ruin and financial hardship with his excessive billing! He is a CORRUPT- BIASED - CRIMINAL who should be in jail! Run while you can!
I’ll give him a minute to start doing his Job before I add details. Until then, 1 star. Marty does not follow his “process”, shows bias, and refuses to discuss anything, he actually just promised a meeting, just to skip it last minute. Like I said, he can’t even follow his “process”. He also doesn’t work Fridays. He treats your life/parenting issues as a part time Job, and the effort he puts in does not reflect what he charges. Marty, your job involves children, and their relationship with their parents. Quit treating this like a semi retirement gig. You either need to be fully there or you need to accept you cannot be available enough to be an effective parenting consultant. (Parenting is a 24-7 job, parenting does not and will never wait on your schedule.)
