Kathryn is a very cut throat, unpleasant and difficult person to work with. She belittles her clients, is not patient when trying to answer a client’s question and her replies are very degrading. Do not hire her! If she becomes annoyed with your questions, her tone of voice becomes very off-putting. She losses her temper over what she thinks are “silly questions”, will tell you that “she is busy” and then will hang up the phone on you. She is very shape-tongued, belittles her clients and makes you feel stupid for asking questions.
