Based on my own personal experience: Marcus Beyer review Do not expect Marcus Beyer to represent your interests. Do not expect Marcus Beyer to present actual physical evidence in hand, as requested. Do not expect Marcus Beyer to subpoena your requested witnesses, such as your Professional Medical Provider, to testify on your situation as requested. Do not expect Marcus Beyer to object to clear judicial bias and abuse, or inappropriate questioning by the opposition. Do not expect Marcus Beyer to fairly cross examine the opposing party to expose perjury against you. Do expect Marcus Beyer to use his own “legal strategy” without regard to actual circumstances. Do expect Marcus Beyer to appease the opposition at your expense. Do expect to be screwed for life without ability for a livelihood. Do expect to live out the rest of your days dependent upon any social services you may be fortunate enough to obtain or maintain. Do not expect any possibility of a fresh start. LESS THAN ZERO.
Timothy Simonson was the worst attorney out of 5 that I've dealt with in my life. I have had a total of 3 attorneys for my custody dispute and he is definitely the worst. He over bills and shows critical weaknesses in court. He's clueless when it comes to important issues. You may want to hire Tim due to his calm attitude and he acts like he cares. I guarantee this will change after you hire him.
