Ms. Dietz was excellent to work with. She was able to provide me information and assistance with each step of our adoption. She was very friendly and understood our nervousness during the process. She made it an easier transition for me.

Unpleasant is a very nice way of describing my one and only encounter with Ms Dietz. She should be ashamed of her actions and sense of entitlement in a public place of business. Steer clear of this one!
