During the final hearing, this lawyer did not show up. It did not turn out to be a problem because my particular case was cut and dry. However, if there had been issues, I would have been on my own even though I paid for his services. The gentleman that finalized the paperwork asked where my attorney was and when I told him that he was nowhere to be found, he told me that I should ask for a 1/2 refund!
Never consistent, causing endless legal fees, violations of law, and significant damages. Acted as though he's never been in court. Lack of adequate record keeping and was never knowledgeable of the case prior to any meeting or court date (or ever). Made matters so much worse in my life, had to hire 2nd lawyer to handle Faison. Complete disgrace and a liar. Keep emails to show his 2 sided responses and legal advice that equates to convictions against his own client. Lazy and money hungry. Huge hiring mistake that life is paying for.
If you’re looking for an old white misogamist who is a vocal supporter of the good ol boys club hates women and is three generations out of touch to charge you a flat rate upfront and then never answer your calls or emails much less bother to inform you about your family law custody/divorce court dates and speak for you on your behalf while claiming he made effort to try to contact you and will update you after the proceedings but didn’t make a single attempt to inform you before during or after even though your contact info hasn’t changed so you find out you are legally divorced by a Google search with winborne listed as attending in your place and signing the papers for you by proxy and at the same time signed over physical and legal custody of your 5 year old child again without having spoke to you in OVER TWO YEARS so logically you assumed he retired or died was no longer your official legal council. He still won’t answer your emails so your crafting offensive reviews.
