Hired Attorney

Sold my dad's house to a friend or friend of a friend for 25% of its value just to close probate case. On one other case didn't even know the maximum or minimum of charge sentencing, I know of other things, but hey, wouldn't want to tarnish someone's non-career.

I would respond to the allegations, IF I could identify the probate matter in question. Please contact my office directly to discuss any issues so I can respond accordingly. I do NOT practice criminal law so cannot give sentencing guidelines.

Hired Attorney

Did nothing for my elderly neighbor who's daughter is now in{para}
Charge of his money and health care. She is neglecting him and taking his personal property and I have bad feeling taking money. He has not followed up from what I can gather
