First off do not use this grimy lawyer. She is charging us for $800 showing up 3 hours yet our name was first one the document, she showed up telling us that there more important cases that needed to go first. Instead of just asking to postpone. We never got any invoices yet we asked multiple times and now are being overly charged. When she arrived 3 hours later she came up to us with the defendants wants and needs and never asked us want we wanted. As i was waiting for her arrival because was told she'd be 10 minutes it ended being over 30 mins and i found her in the hallway conversing with other people. She mismanaged money that was supposed to be used for a retainer for a separate matter. Now she wants an additional charge for another retainer without notifying us about the outstanding balance, yet we asked her threw via in person:email:phone calls multiple times, she said Ok but never sent anything. Would not recommend!!! There are actual good lawyers do you're homework yall.
Lisa Spitale only cares about lining her own pockets. She files frivolous motions and frequently bends the truth. She has no genuine concern for children and what is in their best interests. If you have no morals this is the lawyer for you. Her procedures are embarrassing and you are better off representing yourself.
This is not a good lawyer. I could provide a litany of examples but the bottom line is I was no better off with this person as my lawyer than I would have been without this person as my lawyer.
