Back in 2011 I was having a hard time financially, I had a previous lawyer who had dropped the ball after taking my money and filing my bankruptcy in the wrong district. I was lucky enough that the Lightner office took my case, transferred my bankruptcy and got it discharged. Today when I found out that the credit report still had part of the old petition on it, making my car buying experience difficult, Andrea from the office gave me all the documentation to prove it was completed properly.
Found myself in a legal quandary with my landlord and having never needed legal advice previously, I was somewhat anxious and unsure where to turn, a good friend recommended Mr. Lightner to me. Attorney, in my mind, equated to pompous arrogance and ego. There was none of that nonsense, his professionalism and willingness to help are just remarkable. He listened, developed a plan and followed up with me to be certain I found resolution. He took the matter seriously and his caring was evident.
