True to their name, Gross McGinley's overall treatment of clients is best summarized as just that: GROSS. If you want a law firm who gives you a low ball quote on the cost of working on your case, accidentally forgetting to include their own fees in that calculation, and which fees you can actually recover in court, choose Gross. If you want a law firm who, in your time of need and emotional distress, constantly makes you feel like you're bothering them for simple periodic updates, choose Gross. If you want a law firm who not once but twice forgets about your case and then blames it on the other side's attorney even though their own provided billing exposes their lack of timely follow-up, choose Gross. If you want a law firm that treats you as a disposable, single use customer instead of a local family who might need a law firm relationship to aid in legal matters long term , choose Gross. I would avoid this organization for your legal needs.
