DUI. He made no attempt whatsoever to “defend” me after explaining how I was wrongly pulled over and searched. At the hearing he sat there like a dummy shrugging his shoulders. Fortunately all charges were dropped, no thanks to him, although he basked in the limelight as if he was to thank.
This guy is better at talking you into giving him your money than winning case. He did nothing. I wanted to testify to explain this simple neighborhood dispute but he wouldn't put me on. At this point I would have had to fire him on spot in middle of trial. I did 4 years for basically harassment. 4 years upstate lost my home and im a felon. First time. $5000 just for trial, lasted a day and half, really about 6 hrs. Hasn't offered me a dime back. Real parasite
This guy is a fraud. Does nothing to defend you. Only cases he wins are the ones they throw him because they owe him back. He basically works for the system that is trying to convicte you..and this is a short version.
Court appointment stand by jury trial for first offense m3. What a joke. He sat there, did nothing, refused to cross examine witnesses, did not direct examine me. No open. No close. Let me fry on a conviction, then never showed up at sentencing. Showed up at my jail to tell me he's not filing a PCRA petition. And told me to file it myself from jail. A total clown. A disgrace to the profession. A joke.
