Hired Attorney Mr. Paul Aaroe II

Best. Outcome. Ever. No loss of license, no work release, and, moreover, no JAIL TIME at NCP's Finest ... and I was facing 2 years - Paul got that plead down at the initial trial to 90-days ... still a mandatory-minimum - possibly work release [we appealed] ... Paul was able to get my case on the DA's radar [as there were a multitude of mitigating circumstances], and he was able to resolve via the Best. Outcome. Ever!! If you're in a jam - there's no better an attorney than Paul Aaroe

Overall awful experience. Hired Paul for a basic DUI. He showed up to my first case and it was clear he never read my charges (thought I was being charged with something more serious than what it was). I pointed this mistake out to Paul and the office, but any fault on their end was of course denied, which led to a pretty contentious relationship moving forward and largely added to the stress of the DUI. After that, the office communication was rude and largely unhelpful. I found myself having to call them to get updates and confirm important dates, and for the money they charge you would expect them to handle all of this. Do not recommend.

If you are a first time DUI defendant with no prior criminal history you can do what he did for me yourself. After talking to him on the initial call we only spoke in court the day I was sentenced. I dealt with his son who was a very nice young man but I felt like cattle. It is best not to get a DUI, but if you should this should not be your guy.

Hired Attorney Mr. Paul Aaroe II

Simple Dui 3am ran a red light that's it no one on road dead quite. The second time I met him he got me confused with another case and even once I told him wrong person he keep telling me details about them it happened twice to me. He was always short and interprets you when he feels he knows what you might say. Then would give you attitude when you want an answer. I felt he never listened to me about me having mental problems and chrons disease before my dui. I couldn't get any help for them for almost a year which led me to drinking I am not using it as an excuse but he didn't even try to bring up the fact that the cop lied about doing his job correctly because if the cop did he could of got me for open container and other stuff left on my passenger seat. I only delt with his assistant. Then on court I would have to find him in the court house. Talks down to people doesn't take criticism or someone else's opinion. Would not hire.
