I came to Jesse for a consultation concerning property boundaries and responsibilities of adjoining property owners. It took him about 30 seconds to tell me in the case at hand I should not pursue litigation because what attornies call "Black letter law" was dead against me. He did, however, suggest another less formally legal approach that might assist me in achieving my goal. I employed him to pursue this approach, and it worked like a charm. So: He got straight to the point, gave really good advice regarding whether to litigate or not, gave really useful advice about what to do instead, then proceeded effectively to intermediate for me in connecting with the other party's law firm to accomplish what I wanted to achieve in the first place. No legal hassle; very fair price. My go-to guy.

My daughter suffers today because of this man. One day I will have a voice to tell the truth. The truth always wins. Do not hire this man for your child. This man made a decision without visiting my home, my family. School... Said he 'drove through my neighborhood '. And the scars remain. Shame on this man.
This man did nothing! I'm a single mom, struggling, so hired by the state of maryland. He met with my daughter a total of 15 minutes! Told the judge he met with her several times! Lie. I was abused for 10 years, physically, mostly mentally. This man gave my daughter to her father! My little girl asks why cant I come home mommy. I try to make it positive, even though it's a nightmare. I CANNOT believe this is talbot coutts BIA. The mid shore council on family violence should take a close look! My abuser had big money, I had pro bono, so I lost...no, actually my daughter lost. Thanks Peter Cotter! BIA, what a lie. You need exposed!

Had consultation with Anne Goodman and Jesse B. Hammock in Oct. 2013. She was harsh, rude, unsympathetic and cold. By the time I left 40 mins. later I could not even tell her the date my mother died, I was so upset. She had already consulted with opposing attorney and obviously had come to the conclusion, she would not be on my side. For this consultation I paid $700. Would never hire this woman.
