Hired Attorney

Ann was very responsive to my needs and provided sound, logical advice. Her recommendations are practical and easy to understand.

Hired Attorney

Ann has a good reputation in the community where I lived. Unfortunately, my experience with her legal services was very disappointing. She failed to locate my parents' old estate planning documents and did not rescind a power of attorney which caused confusion and conflict between family members. She prepared a will and trust that were not comprehensive given my parents' needs. She did not give good advice regarding my sibling's abuse of power of attorney. She also recommended an attorney for estate administration who charged almost a quarter of what the estate was valued. And her communications were often brusque and dismissive. I regret recommending her services

Consultation following death of parent

Had consultation with Anne Goodman and Jesse B. Hammock in Oct. 2013. She was harsh, rude, unsympathetic and cold. By the time I left 40 mins. later I could not even tell her the date my mother died, I was so upset. She had already consulted with opposing attorney and obviously had come to the conclusion, she would not be on my side. For this consultation I paid $700. Would never hire this woman.
