Richard Goldstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Goldstein & Goldstein, working alongside his son, Michael. With a career spanning 46 years, he has dedicated his practice to personal injury litigation, advocating for injured clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, commercial truck accidents, ceiling falls, and slip and fall incidents. In addition to handling legal matters, he oversees the firm’s marketing and business operations. He also serves as a consultant to the Family Service Organization of Essex County Board of Directors and is a former Chair of the District Fee Arbitration Committee.
Before establishing the firm in the mid-1990s, Mr. Goldstein was a partner at Weicholz, Peters & Goldstein and served as legal counsel to the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, representing hundreds of officers in complex legal matters. His client-centered approach is rooted in genuine care and commitment.
