Hired Attorney

Mr. Breen assisted me with some very complex residential issues. He was able to interpret a difficult contract and gave me great advice in regard to my legal rights and remedies. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone having complex real estate issues.

Mr. Breen assisted me with my difficult tax and real estate issues. He was able to advise me in regard to the transfer of my real estate and the tax consequences of transferring said property. He made sure everything was properly handled for me.
