Hired Attorney

Simple will contest drags on. Death was 06/2009 and trial started 10/2009 and will was stipulated too. Let other counts be entered and dragged on to trial through February 2010. Won on all 4 counts. Case was appealed - continues to get continuance (through December 5, 2010 at earliest). In the meantime, simple will contest that was supposed to be easy is at $50,000 owed by me plus $8,000+ already paid on case I won - so what did I win besides a growing bill.
