He has been appointed special counsel by various towns, villages, school and library districts in Suffolk County and Nassau County with assignments ranging from Acting Special Prosecutor to defense of federal and state land use proceedings, federal civil rights actions and other municipal litigation.

Counselor Pachman made innumerable errors which had to be corrected by various other lawyers rectifying them. The hourly rate is extremely high and the work is poor quality with a bad attitude.
