It was extremely difficult to get Carol to respond to my calls and emails. I found she was frequently unavailable and on personal travel. In preparing for my case, she procrastinated so long that she left herself insufficient time to prepare for my defense. She then colluded with the other parties to delay the hearings without my consent. She colluded with the child's attorney and prepared documentation and settle on verbiage that she posed to the other party before she even discussed with me. Total collusion. Unprofessional and unethical. When I called her out on her behavior and performance and indicated that I was contemplating reporting her to the bar association, she refunded my entire retainer. Clearly a sign that she acknowledged her underwhelming performance.
