Hired Attorney

Michael mcdough was an attorney in sacramento, california. He not only worked as county council for the state in juvenile court; He also represented parents, which is a clear conflict of interest. A Marston motion was filed against McDonough. In nineteen ninety nine. I filed the marston motion. He had misrepresented facts during a jurisdiction dispositional hearing. 8366.26 hearing. This can only happen after a jurisdiction dispositional hearing. Mcdonald been less than truthful.To his client and to the court.
