Avoid this attorney at all costs. She took my money and failed to provide the services promised. She did not advocate for me during the divorce process and even misled the judge by claiming she would submit the divorce decree—yet she didn’t even draft it by the deadline I was divorcing an abusive narcissist (Brad Nordin), who hit me and instead of protecting my interests, she allowed his attorney to control the negotiations. When I pushed back, she threatened that going to court would cost “tens of thousands of dollars,” even though I had already paid her $40,000 for just one month of representation. Her actions were dishonest, unethical, and caused unnecessary stress and delays. In my experience, she cannot be trusted. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney. I have reported her to the bar and strongly encourage you to do the same if you experience anything similar.
Anna is a terrible divorce attorney and I don't recommend anyone hire her. She will take your money and refuse to follow up with you. She refused to send me the correspondence related to my case and refused to send me an itemized bill for her services. She committed to Judge Edwards in trial she would draft and submit our divorce decree by May 23, 2024 and refused to do so. She didn't even compose a working initial draft of the document that included my notes and the opposing counsel's notes until Aug 19, 2024. Anna doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return phone calls. I had to have my brother call her from his cell in CA for her to actually pick up the call. She's a disgrace and Anna should be disbarred from working as an attorney.
