Having had a personal injury case, involving Mike Polan and this law firm, I personally can vouch for their high-levels of moral, "good faith" and professionalism related to the daily practices that I have directly experienced. I never before experienced such consistently warm, humble, and genuine personalities, involving a law office, as I had experienced with these exceptionally good people. The front staff, Atty Polan and Attorney Rubino were so delightful, that even my doggy("Lambie"), felt appreciated and welcomed during our visits. If you're wondering if this is the right choice for you, don't, because they are the team(people)you'll trust and be comfortable working with.

Terry, Andy, Kevin and Steve are the best of the best, cream of the crop. I didn't deal with Mr. Polen, however, I am sure he is in that same category! I am always treated fairly. For being the powerhouse attorney that Mr. Rubino is, he is soft spoken, yet firm and articulate! You can't help but love him! Mr. Smith and Mr. Sersic are so down to earth!

Mindy Heidel has extremely unprofessional legal service. What would you think of an attorney who sits there and falls asleep (“closes eyes”) in court, etc.? My experience has been appalling at best. If I could select zero stars in the rating, I would.

Reached out to Mr. Wilk for he was a referral. Sent an email, explaining the situation and dates. A Father was seeking help with his daughter. To which Mr. Wilk replied back with: "You overwhelmed me with your email. Maybe work on that" Complete lack of empathy and compassion, for someone merely seeking a lawyer.

Rubin Rubio wrote the WORST business contract for my commercial business. The wording in the contract contradicts other clauses written in other parts of the contract. The wording in this contract is so confusing. It is as if a grammar school student wrote the contract. He screwed my business. He gave the business tenant privileges and helped the tenant. Do not consult this lawyer for business contracts. He screwed me over from head to toe.

Working with mindy ha ha ha a real joke. The strategies suck her courtroom attire is a reflection of her work ethic always late hard to get ahold of her secretary will Lie...she keeps telling me about her family problems as if i care.. we both can't be here complaining ...watching her work makes me want to be a lawyer because she gets paid and fails but still gets paid. I honestly believe she watched 5 YouTube videos and came into court. Someone check her credits did she really graduate or did she purchase that novelty diploma

I’ve had better experience dealing with the IRS! Mindy sent out a judgement for wage withholdings in the amount of $1300. That said amount was paid in full on 2/5/2020. Mindy must not have been happy about the amount being paid in full and felt she needed more money in her pocket so on 2/6/2020 she developed a new court order that says there is now interest to be paid on the original judgement with interest by the day added on as well. Upon calling Mindy’s office on 2/11/2020 after this discovery had been made her accountant advised that she did not know of any extra amount due and her records showed the account is paid in full. After a couple of attempts to speak with Mindy directly on this issue she had every excuse to avoid contact due to her knowing she is in the wrong. I will continue to make this issue known to every person I come in contact with so that hopefully no one else falls victim to her scams.
