Professional,yet personal. Fabulous staff, organized approach to all issues. Very practiced in the courtroom, very appealing to the Judges.

Hired Law Firm

I had a DWI case and the least this attorney could have done was keep me from the seven day jail sentence. He basically handed me some references and said (here figure it out and see what you can come up with). I felt like I was on my own in this case and he not once made me feel like he cared. I paid Fitz $3000 to get me the best outcome and he did nothing but send in his rookie attorneys to do his messy work and represent me on his behalf! He probably showed up twice throughout the entire year and couple months that my case went on. I explained to the judge better than he or his attorneys ever could. Rip off! This is one of the worst firms in Durham. North Carolina. Everyone told me after the fact that I should have never chose him! I had no IDEA! Don’t do it.
