This attorney misrepresented himself as a personal injury attorney, and, subsequently refused to settle a case in which the defendant pled guilty, had 19 previous traffic citations, suspended license and the list goes on. Because the defendant’s parent was a “prominent” local citizen Crabtree dropped the liable parties from the lawsuit and refused to pursue any action against the defendant. The defendant rear ended me as I was at a complete stop at traffic light. The defendant was traveling in excess of 50 mph leaving me with debilitating injuries requiring 4 surgeries and 100% disabled for 1.5 years and medical bills in excess of $100k. Crabtree falsified a contract for feed and attached it to a previous contract with a different law firm for which he previously worked. This attorney is a fraud so please steer clear. He will not fight for you and he is not concerned with anything but his fraudulent fees and making deals with his buddies at your expense!
