Frankly, it is time for Mr. Arnold to retire. The firm is just scatted paralegals filing paperwork in Mr. Arnold's name who appears to give it a cursory glance. IMO, they do not instill confidence and are not responsive to communications, file incorrect information in some cases, miss deadlines, miss court appointments.

After months of trying to get information on a probate issue which was paid in full, I am having to call consistently for follow-up status. I was originally told this would only take a month back in February 2024, and now it is nearly approaching July 20024. This includes me having to send emails with requested signed and notarized documents, sending them UPS/NDA and several phone calls, but there is no sense of urgency or concern being shown throughout this process.

File for my divorce over a year ago they never answer calls or call bk..my files are just sitting there with the judge because yall miss court appointments and everything..Mr Hornald need to retire and take his staff with him..

When he was my lawyer he did not try to win my case in I paid him what he said he charge but that did not do no good I still do not have my child. He just took my money.
