I hired Michael Fluke. There is no "winning" in a divorce, but Michael gives you the best chance. He is straight forward and no nonsense. My goal was equitable distribution with no alimony. Michael Fluke achieved that goal. Michael is an expert in family law. If you want the better attorney than you soon to be ex-spouse, retain Michael Fluke.

Michael’s approach and command to family law is nothing short of prestigious; He has many great achievements because he knows what it takes to win! When my life got chaotic with the possibility of losing custody of my daughter, I immediately retained Michael and quickly noticed that everything this man writes is worth its weight in gold. Thanks to Michael, I was able to focus on work so that I could continue to provide for my daughter until matters were worked out. My Ex was trying to screw me over on inheritance money that I co-mingled into joint account. Never thought it could happen, but we went to divorce. Michael Fluke is a great lawyer and worth every penny. If you get in a jam in your marriage I would not hesitate and call him. Highly recommend.

I am so fortunate to have found Mr. Fluke. I have had him in two separate family cases and he has always stuck to his word and gave me everything I need for myself and kids. He had an amazing presentation that he represented for a domestic violence injunction for me and he won it for me and it brought me such a piece of mind! He is knowledgeable, blunt and honest, straight to the point, and I would trust him with anything I need in this regard!!!

Our daughter needed representation for a couple family matters and the minute we met Mr. Fluke it was easy to see he was the attorney for us. He is very knowledgeable and will be realistic in explaining how he thinks the case will go. He will not sugar coat the facts. If you are needing someone that will have your best interests and your children he is your attorney. If you are just trying to rake your ex over the coals do not waste his time.
