The Law Firm of McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., established its community foundation through the efforts of the late Lloyd M. Phillips in 1946. Over the years, the desire to serve the public has prompted several attorneys in our Firm to serve our community as judges, thereby continuing the proud legacy of this Law Firm. Although the Firm has witnessed many changes in the legal profession, it has continued to adapt to the new and growing demands which have been placed on the legal system in recent years, without sacrificing the traditional, fundamental principles upon which the Firm was established. Our Firm has consistently provided our clients with a full range of legal services.

Melissa Sundberg Penny and Gary Lyons assisted us in getting our court paperwork so I could handle my Mom's Estate. I had difficulty with one Bank dragging their feet in closing one of her accounts and sending the funds so it could be disbursed according to her will. Melissa and Gary jumped on it immediately and convinced them it was in their best interests to honor the Court Order and to do it in a timely manner or they would seek resolution in court. Problem solved. Melissa assisted me in disbursing funds. Everything was easy and timely. Great service and great communication. Highly recommend for any Estate matters.
