She went above and beyond to do her best with my case and even won it! She completely explained every step, answered all questions and was very professional and prompt. I'm so grateful that I found her in a short period of time and was even happier to hear my case was being closed out due to the other parties lack of correspondence causing it to be past the Statue of limitation.

Christie was very caring, professional, and knowledgable. She was there to help me through a very difficult time and walk me through the process. I would never have been able to handle the insurance companies on my own and am so thankful to have had Christie to help me. I would definitely recommend Christie to anyone who needs a lawyer and anyone who has been involved in a car accident.

Ms. Sullivan provided what I believe to be a thorough and professional initial telephone consultation regarding particulars of a civil suit I received notice of early in 2021. I communicated digitally approximately 34 - 35 times thereafter with her legal assistant. I believe I only personally communicated with Ms. Sullivan two or three times by phone during resolution of the suit. Although I felt like a third wheel in the resolution process, I was pleased with Ms. Sullivan's professionalism and suit resolution. My deepest regret has to do with the state of all our social and business communication these days: Hate digital communications replacing personal face to face communications. Would not hesitate, however, to seek Ms. Sullivan's services in the future if necessary.

Useless, no follow through. Took my money and ran like the one I was trying to sue. Provided the requested info for the case then wanted more and more, never heard from them again. No return call.
