John Schulte went above and beyond. Answered all our questions even while out of the office and weekends. We had jurisdiction problems between Minnesota and Florida concerning grandparents visitation rights. John did his research and recommended a great law firm in Florida as he is not certified in that state but continued to work with the Florida law firm. I highly recommend him. Very nice guy.
She does not want to be fair... only out for herself.
Unprofessional and very questionable ethics. And most of all: Lost. I think that says it all. Wasted incredibly valuable (very billable) time yet still collected over a hundred thousand dollars. I would advise staying far away and advising others you know to do the same.
Would not recommend this Law Firm, especially Cheryl Prince. If you want to pay ridiculous rates, get berated and not get any resolution then this is the firm for you. If not, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Built confidence in sole custody. Lost court case. Still cashed over $100k in checks. Embarrassing. Everything that is wrong with 'family law' lives here. Presumed 50/50 custody should be the law and would put an end to their industry.
