I got a DUI in 2008 and one in 2009 that means I have four points. Would those points stay for ten years?

Your 1st DUI causes 8 points on your driving record. Your 2nd DUI causes 12 points to be added to your driving record. Your Missouri license will be suspended for 30 days if you accumulate 8 points within 18 months and it's your first suspension. It will be revoked for 1 year if you accumulate 12 points within 12 months, 18 points within 24 months, or 24 points within 36 months. DUI convictions remain on your Missouri driving record permanently.

You can be drug tested in court, especially if you are spouting off about not having a drug problem. Hopefully, your friends retain an attorney.
