You should be proactive and resume community service and pay all the fines and attend the IDRC classes. The fine will then be minimal. Ed Dimon

How much jail time am I looking at for a first time offense of an extreme DUI being 20 years old with a clean record?

Answered by attorney Steven Fairlie
DUI/DWI lawyer at Fairlie & Lippy, P.C.
It depends on a lot more factors, but normally it would be 72 hours. With no prior record you might be eligible for ARD and no jail time.
