Can my recent DUI charge I received a few days ago be reduced to a reckless driving charge?

It technically can be. State has discretion to reduce a charge. Whether they will largely depends on the evidence in the present case.

You can move, but you may have difficulty getting a drivers' license in Colorado since your license is suspended in Michigan.

Should I expect jail time till next court date?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
If the warrant is quashed, then you will not necessary go to jail if you admit to violations, you will be re-sentenced - sometimes this is jail and sometimes it is to get the probation conditions finished with some additional community service or something like that if you can get back in classes and do some community service prior to the court date, that will help.
