Can you be grandfathered in if I had two DUI 14 and ten years ago and then two in another state?

Over 10 years don't count, date of occurrence to date of occurrence. The ones in the other states may count, depending on the law in those states. You need to speak with a lawyer about that.

You can't have it sealed , but you can get it expunged. That may help with the Army. You need to ask your recruiter, since it is his decision, based on his chain of command rules. Doing it will help you in private employment the rest of your life.

Can you get charged with a DUI if someone saw you driving then the cops came and arrested you inside your home?

Richard B. Jacobson
Answered by attorney Richard B. Jacobson (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Richard B. Jacobson Associates, LLC
Yes. You certainly can be charged. The case would be a bit harder for the prosecutor to win if you went to trial. You should definitely consult a lawyer, in particular if this is not a first DUI.
