This is called the "rising blood alcohol defense". If you drank recent before the stop, your blood is still processing the alcohol. So at the time of driving, you were at an .06. But by the time they took you to have blood drawn, it rose. This is a defense, believe it or not. Get a lawyer to have it run for you. Don't do this on your own.

Possible, but little way to know for sure. It is not like CSI. Back then it was not really computerized and locals do not necessarily share with state or feds. If state and feds are putting FP into the system from old arrests, they likely are more focused on Felony and violent offenders. That would probably take all the time they have allotted.

Hire a lawyer. You have not stated why you were arrested except to post under DUI. They have to prove that you were intoxicated by alcohol or drugs - not just tired or anxious.
