How can I fight a DUI charge if the officer’s report was not accurate?

Answered by attorney Tracy Torni Gaudenzi (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Beier Howlett, P.C.
You need to hire an attorney, and the in-car video (if there was one) needs to be reviewed immediately. Next step involves an evidentiary hearing where your attorney can address the probable cause for the stop and arrest.

How much potential jail time is expected for someone that is arrested for their 3rd DUI within 10 years while driving under suspended license?

Answered by attorney Patrick Owen Earl
DUI/DWI lawyer at Patrick O. Earl
This person needs to talk with an attorney about all that is happening because there is a bit more information needed in order to give a complete answer here. The general answer to the question of range of time for a 3rd DUI within 7 years is 90 days up to 120 days. plus electronic home monitoring on top of that or it could be converted to a little more jail time. Again, he needs to get an attorney and have a consultation.

What are my options if I got a ticket of suspicion of DUI and I already have one DUI?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
The prosecutor will probably go forward on the suspicion of DUI (I am not familiar with that charge), IF that is the charge, since you have a prior DUI. There is only one option retain an attorney and stop drinking (NOT drinking and driving, stop drinking).
