What happens when you get two DUI's?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
The penalties are increased, the likelihood of jail is much higher, and your chances of getting a decent plea bargain are significantly reduced. That is why you need an experienced DUI attorney representing you more than ever to see if there are any problems with your case that could get it dismissed or get you a better player bargain.

Can I get a license in CA if my license was revoked in CO for a DWAI?

Answered by attorney Steven Joseph Pisani (Unclaimed Profile)

Short answer, no you cannot get your license early if you live out of state. Colorado will place the hold on your license for an entire year and only in-state residences can get an early reinstatement of their license.
