Is there any possibility of getting my son's DUI dismissed?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
Yes it was a lawful stop and yes the officer had probable cause. Your son is 20, which means that he is under the legal age to drink, which means zero tolerance. There was observed drinking. There was observed driving. You do not say what your son's breath test results were. My advice: hire an attorney.

Probation will not terminate until the judge says it has terminated. However, you may be on non-reporting probation.

No, if it is true. Such is part of the public record. The real question is why would one want to bring unnecessary repercussions on another?
