You're kidding right? If you are the only occupant in a vehicle that has an open container in the passenger compartment, you can be charged with an open container, unless I'm missing something.

What are the chances I can get my probation ended early?

Answered by attorney Cindy Mannon (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Cindy Mannon, Attorney at Law
I don't know. It depends on Judge/probation officer. Sometimes my clients get off probation after serving half their time plus one month if everything is completed and fees/fines are paid.

No. Generally, the police can only give you on type of test. They should use the least invasive test available.
