Is it normal to be fired for a DUI?

Answered by attorney Philip Daniel Hache
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Offices of Phil Hache
I have heard of this, particularly where the job duties entail driving. You should consider getting an expungement to help avoid this issue in the future. I can be reached through 1duilawyer.com and have successfully expunged DUI's in the past. Feel free to contact me to discuss in further detail.

Are DUI field sobriety tests pass or fail?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Field sobriety "evaluations" are NOT pass or fail. They are evaluations, not tests, that the police officer uses to determine IF the person may be too impaired to drive safely. I know the person asking a question is foolish every time I read: (1) I passed all field sobriety tests (2) I was never read my Miranda rights (3) My name was misspelled on the paperwork.
