How can I get my license back after a third DUI?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Offices of Richard Sparaco
If you have complied with all conditions of your sentence, then you are just about done. You have to pay $100 restoration fee to Motor Vehicle Commission (you can probably do that now). On your 10th anniversay, go to an MVC office and apply for your license.

you need to have an attorney address the bench warrant asap. you will be caught off guard and arrested. your attorney needs to work with the prosecutor and judge.  we just represented a person who had 10 outstanding warrants. we made our appearances for this person. we paid the bail. we paid the contempt of court fines. we addressed the violations.  ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235. please call

At least one time, but unless you demanded that they be present the hearing can be done without them.
