Do I really need to hire a attorney for a DUI?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
DUI/DWI lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
Depending on your income, it may be possible to get a public defender. Talk to the judge about it. If you don't understand the legal system, it's very difficult to successfully fight a charge.

Can a female officer grab minor females breasts while doing pat down?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
Let's leave the word "grab" out of it, unless you have proof that it was anything other than a pat-down. If the officer had reason to believe that the suspect may have had a hidden weapon, then she has the right to make a reasonable search.
