More than likely, not. Most states have reciprocity laws where a suspended license in one state is suspended in the state that you are now in.

You should consult with an attorney who is familiar with DUI's and how to defend them. If your reading was "very low" you may want to consider challenging the test result. Sure you can get a non-adjudication, which may benefit you, but you should look at all options before making such a decision.
