Usually there are questions on the application asking if you have been licensed in another state and the answers are usually done under penalty of perjury.

What will happen if I did not complete remaining community service by termination court date?

Usually, in this situation, the Court will extend your probation to give you some extra time to complete your community service requirement. You will likely have to pay additional probation oversight fees for this. I would recommend that, between now and Feb 4, you try to squeeze in as many community service hours as possible.

Yes, you have to appear. No, it probably cannot be dealt with without your presence. Your next step... you answered it for yourself when you said that you planned to hire a lawyer. Well, the time to do so is now.
