What can I do if I had blood test done for DUI without a ticket issued?

Answered by attorney Cindy Mannon (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Cindy Mannon, Attorney at Law
Blood results can takes several months to come back due to back log at Michigan State Police lab. It may not be over yet. If your driver license had correct address, you will be notified if they want to prosecute you. If it is wrong, you may want to call the court and ask if they have a file on you. If your bac was lower than .08 they may not do anything; however, with an accident, sometimes the prosecutor may still charge you with an Impaired because .08 is not the real legal limit. They can charge you with an impaired if it is under .08 and there is an accident.

Will I get a ticket if I am 18 and there is beer in my car but there's also a 21 year old with me?

It is open you get a ticket, if there is a 21-year-old in the car anywhere transporting alcohol would not get a ticket, in fact, if you are 18 or over your allowed transport on opened alcohol, Most people end up with a minor in possession charge because they admit that it is their alcohol.

How could I prove my license was not suspended when I did pay for having high BAC?

Hire an attorney to get the facts straight, and the matter straightened out, in the mean tin do not drive, both because you are subject to arrest and because must insurance policies are void, and will not pay, if you drive knowingly without a license. Starting to take care of this today would be a very good plan of action.
